1.1 First stage pretreatment.(Sand filter)

1.2 Second stage pretreatment (Carbon filter)
|
- Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water, smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms, reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants.
- Pure water in the manufacturing process, activated carbon adsorption performance in four areas: reducing the oxidation of water requirements; to avoid entering the organic matter, pollution ion-exchange membrane and reverse osmosis membrane; reduce the residual chlorine in the water to protect the reverse osmosis membrane; remove water three halides, such as to improve the overall quality of water.

1.3 Third stage pretreatment (Resin softener)
|
- Cationic resin used for water softening, primarily to remove hardness of water.
- So as to effectively prevent the reverse osmosis membrane fouling.
- Working pressure : 0.2 --- 0.6 Mpa
- Temperature : 5 – 60 ℃.

2.1 5µMicron filter & 1µMicron filter
|
The function of Micron filter is to be retention of the particles larger than 5μ & 1μ in order to prevent it from entering the reverse osmosis system.
Micron filters adopted corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel filter housing.Filter element is made ofcharacterized by:
1) Hole-shaped and cone-shaped structure;
2) filter to enter the depths, forming deep filtration;
3) The quantity of pollutants, long life;
4) easy to replace.

2.2 RO system
|
This process is to remove salt from water by membrane separation technique.

2.1.1 High pressure pump
|
The role of high-pressure pump for reverse osmosis plant is to provide sufficient bulk water pressure to ensure the normal operation of reverse osmosis membrane.

2.1.2 RO System.
|
Using reverse osmosis technology for desalination, reverse osmosis membrane was only 0.001 micron pore size, can be harmful to remove dissolved solids and bacteria, viruses, etc., desalination rate of more than 99.6 percent, in line with national standards to produce pure water.
